PHP发送邮件smtp SSL版本

如果下面的代码，你（使用的端口为25）在本地可以发送邮件，而到服务器上面不行了，那就是你服务器的25端口被封了，如果你看到安全组25端口是能打开的，那可能是服务器厂商在更深层次把25封了，你需要去咨询一下客服，申请解封你的25接口（一般不会给你解封...）。这个时候使用上面ssl版本（ssl的端口）就可以发送邮件了，而不需要解封25端口
